For this product only the most precious cotton fibre is used, the quality of which is certified by the WISICA (West Indian Sea Island Cotton Association). Every item of underwear is adorned with a unique, individually numbered hologram. Only 0.0004% of the worldwide cotton production is harvested from this provenience which lends its name as well as the indescribable wearing comfort to the Sea Island series. Sea Island Cotton combines the wonderful properties of a natural silky sheen with the softness of cashmere and the durability of wool.
As this cotton is hand-plucked and delicately processed in traditional fashion, the finished products from Zimmerli appreciate gently handling and care.
